Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom orders, perishable goods, and personal care items are non-returnable.
  • Digital products and gift cards are also not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
  • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Returns must be shipped back to our facility; shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Follow the same process as returns to exchange an item.
  • Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

Refund Policy

  • Provide proof of damage (photos) and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct one.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
